Using the power vacuum in the wake of the Balrog'south demise, the dwarves quickly claim major footing and establish several footholds within Khazad-dûm, but soon begin to face ever greater peril equally the forces of evil in Moria begin to unite under new leadership. Eventually the player fights in the boxing of Helm'due south Deep, afterward which they accompany King Théoden to face Saruman at Orthanc where the Rangers of the North finally meet with Aragorn.

Volume IV: The Force of Sauron [edit]

The Blackness Book of Mordor: Where the Shadows Lie [edit]

They battle against Karazgar until Gandalf reveals his weakness and learns that Karazgar desires the very book that he carries. Gandalf departs to the lands of Beornings in the Vales of Anduin, where he and the player meet with the entourage of Lord Elrond who back-trail Lady Arwen to her wedding in Minas Tirith.

Sierra On-Line first announced the development of a licensed Middle-globe MMORPG in 1998.[xiv] Sierra had financial troubles in 1999 and replaced the staff working on the game.
